Not necessarily. Concrete effect describes the appearance, while microcement is one of the material systems we can use to create it. Depending on the surface and desired texture, a concrete effect may also be created with mineral plaster or another decorative plaster system. We select the material according to the substrate, intended use and level of texture required.
