A professional, sealed plaster finish is highly durable. While the initial application is more labor-intensive, finishes like polished Venetian plaster and sealed Microcement are hard-wearing and often more resistant to scuffs and scratches than matte paint. They are generally easy to wipe down with mild soap and water.
