Timeframe and urgency: If you have a tight schedule and our painting company is busy, additional hours or rescheduling might be needed, potentially increasing the price. However, flexible scheduling during low seasons can lead to better rates.

Project size: The more extensive the job, the lower the per-unit cost. By consolidating work and minimizing logistics, we can offer more cost-effective solutions.

Color selection: Keeping the color palette to three or fewer shades eliminates pricing adjustments. This is because fewer colors simplify the job and reduce paint or stain waste.

Paint options: Our preferred brands, Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore, provide exceptional coverage. However, opting for specific or ultra-premium paints may result in a higher cost.

Payment methods: Credit card payments may incur additional fees, impacting the overall price. Alternative payment options, such as e-transfer, can be more cost-effective.

Preparation requirements: Tasks like isolating areas, removing plants, and covering and taping affect pricing. Clearing the space by removing paintings, arts, and unnecessary furniture helps streamline the prep time and labor involved.
